These Terms govern your use of primestone.cc and the services provided by PrimeStone Systems (“PrimeStone,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
PrimeStone provides website design, local SEO, Google Business Profile management, review management, and lead capture for local service businesses. The specific work, scope, and price for your business are set out in the plan we agree to before starting.
Month-to-month engagement
Our retainers are month to month with no long-term contract. Either party may cancel with reasonable notice as described in your plan. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely access to accounts we need (such as your domain, Google Business Profile, and hosting).
- Ensure any content, images, or claims you provide are accurate and that you have the right to use them.
- Comply with applicable laws, including those governing advertising and customer communications.
No guarantee of results
We work hard to grow your calls and leads and we’re honest about what to expect — but search rankings, lead volume, and revenue depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead counts, or financial outcomes.
Ownership
Unless agreed otherwise, you own the content you provide and the website content created for your business once fees for that work are paid. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates, and processes.
Third-party services
Our work may rely on third-party platforms (for example, GoHighLevel, Google, and our hosting provider). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their terms, and we’re not responsible for their availability or actions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimeStone Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the claim arose.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
